A Note from Doc,

First, thanks for dropping by,  After all without you and other artists like you the Old Theatre wouldn't be here.
Over the years  the faces have changed but the spirit has always remained the same. The Old Theatre has hosted developing creative talent here at the foot of Winter Hill for as long as anyone seems to be able to remember. And I've been a part of that in one way or another since  around  1980 or so.  Together we've seen Shakespeare and Stand Up, Doctor Spock and Mister Spock,  Theatre S and Theatre Coop. From Manifest to Manifest Destiny, and through all of my  adventures  and sometimes unbelievable experiences on this big blue marble in space, Ive always come home to roost here at The Old Theatre at the Elizabeth Peabody House.  This has been the meeting place and platform for uncountable creative schemes and host to the beginnings of many a beautiful friendship. I'm proud to be a  player  in the story of this place which is one of the unsung props  of Boston theatre,  a true nursery and proving ground  for  honest,  intelligent, and passionate performing artists. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting someone who has done a show here or seen one or knows someone who has. It's a wonderful place and I love being a part of it.

Second, I 'm always getting asked questions like, where can you park here, what restaurants are nearby, etcetera.
Well my friends, that is what this webpage is about. I'm going to try to point you in the right direction; after that you're on your own. But I'll gladly  take suggestions as to what info might be useful or fun to add.
Just remember that the Old Theatre and I are here to help.
